Affectionately called the “Portuguese Pinot” in the tasting room, this new varietal for Cante is light and aromatic. Earthy yet very mild, this red wine is light enough to serve chilled on a hot day.

Our Barbera has always been an all-around crowd pleaser. Light bodied but full of rich flavor, look for hints of plum and dark cherry. Grab some blue cheese and your best buddy to come try our recently introduced 2015 Barbera.
Like traditional Cabernets, Cante’s is full bodied, high in tannins and acid with notes of black cherry and currant. Open it up and enjoy a glass or pair with a decadent meal.
Medium bodied with soft tannins and fruit flavors of blackberry, plum, cherry and chocolate. Pairs well with rustic dishes with mushrooms, lean red meats and rich cheeses.

A subtle wine in both color and boldness, our Pinot is smooth with flavors of raspberry, cherry and cranberry. It pairs well with just about everything, which makes it a perfect bottle to share with friends with various dinner entrees!
Fruit forward and fresh, look for bright flavors of tart cherry and cranberry in our Sangiovese. Medium bodied and savory, it pairs well with most everything, but our top pick is the Italian favorites – pizza and spaghetti. Our Sangiovese is so delicious one of our club members named their dog after it!
Look for hints of blackberry, black currant, black pepper, licorice, clove, thyme and cedar.
The great grape of Spain delivers a perfect balance of earthy minerality and fruit. Medium tannins with a smooth finish, our Tempranillo has flavors of figs and cherries and will pair well with just about anything.
This Portuguese grape produces a dry, bold red wine and has been called the “Cabernet Sauvignon” of Portugal. This high tannin wine has flavors of blueberry, plum and subtle hints of violet. Pair with roasted red meats, root vegetables and bold cheeses.
